The Rogers family engaged IPS to carry out a full roof replacement on their gorgeous property in Lake Eacham. The existing roof and gutter was removed and disposed of, and the new zincalume trimdek roof sheets were installed with underside insulation and colourbond guttering. The stunning property coupled with the shine of the new zincalume roof made for a picture perfect outcome.

These Tesla Electric Vehicle Chargers are extremely versatile. They can be used with either a single phase or three phase supply. With rotary switches to set the desired charging rate in increments of 3 Amps they are great in applications where there is existing cabling in place. The Juhas family live in a unit complex so it suited their needs to a ‘T‘ #pun_intended.
Strathmore Station – Remote Contracting.

We’re fortunate to have been called to provide emergency refrigeration, plumbing & gas fitting services at Strathmore Station a number of times. Strathmore is the largest single pastoral lease in Queensland and occupies an area of 2.3 million acres. Strathmore Station is located between Georgetown and Croydon and takes about 6.5 hours when travelling by road from Cairns.
Mareeba Shire Council – Waste Water Treatment Plant.

We were engaged by Downer to supply and install two HD Steel Sliding Gates along with access controls to the Mareeba Waste Water Treatment Plant. The gates weigh just over 1 tonne each, and are powered by a TAU Master 18QR Sliding Gate Motor. As the exclusive agent for Automatic Solutions Australia we supply and stock all automation, hardware & access control equipment for sliding gates, swings gates, boom gates, chain gates, cantilever gates, and pedestrian gates.
We are the only company in Australia to offer a 7-year warranty on our automation equipment. We have a small showroom with gate automation and gate hardware products on display. Having supplied equipment to clients as far west as Mt Isa, as far north as Bamaga, and also to neighbouring islands including Papua New Guinea, Torres Straits & Tonga, we are well situated as one of the preferred automation suppliers and installers in the far north.
The ‘Boscon’ Family – New Two-Storey Duplex Build.

One of the many new homes we have completed as the preferred electrical and plumbing contractor for a number of builders in Far North Queensland. This was a set of two-storey duplexes built in Stratford. We were tasked by the owner to carry out the Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Gas Fitting, MATV System, Drainage, and Data & Comms. This particular duplex sold within a month from handover at a price of $1,180,000.
The ‘Pattison’ Family – Gutter Guard Addition.

Many clients are choosing to go with a gutter guard solution on their homes and it’s easy to see why. The Pattison’s engaged IPS to install around 40 lineal metres of Surfmist Gutter Guard and Stormline Guttering to prevent debris build-up inside the guttering on their two-storey home in Mareeba. Gutter guard is an excellent option for highset homes. It offers a maintenance free solution and ensure’s the guttering can disperse of water in large downpours of rain without the restriction of blockages. Blockages of leaves and debris will retain moisture and lead to early rust formation inside the guttering reducing the overall longevity.

An example of some Air Conditioning Units we have installed for various clients throughout Far North Queensland. We are suppliers of Daikin, Panasonic, Fujitsu & Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. We honour the full 5-year parts and labour warranties offered by the manufacturers and we have full accreditation to purchase and handle all refrigerants. We’re proud to hold the full Arctick Accreditation for the design, supply, install and servicing of all types of AC Units. Our capabilities range from Wall Mount Splits Systems, Underceiling & Inceiling Cassettes, RAC’s as well as Packaged & Split-Ducted AC Units.
The ‘Burkot’ Family – Grand Extension.

This monumental extension (yes that’s right, an extension!) was built in Stratford by a leading builder in Cairns. Intrust Energy Solutions was engaged to provide the Electrical, MATV and Data & Comms with the provision of a future Grid-Connect Solar System.
South Johnstone Sugar Mill – Incubator Control Boards.

We’re proud to be contracting suppliers to production conglomerate MSF Sugar. We have been tasked with a number of projects at the companies sugar mills, one of which was to relocate a set of Incubator Control Boards as shown in the pictures above. With public & product liability policies in place exceeding $20,000,000, we are well placed to supply risk averse services to large corporations and government bodies. We also have SWMS, Quality Assurance, and Work Place Health and Safety Management Plans in place which allows us to mobilise on hazardous sites easily and effectively, giving our clients simple and assuring business dealings.
The ‘Smith’ Family – Full Roof Replacement.

The Smith family engaged IPS to carry out a full roof replacement on their rental property in East Innisfail. George & Karen Smith live in Weipa and they wanted to engage a company they could trust from afar to do a good job. They left their trust in us and we made sure we delivered. The new roof comprises of zincalume trimdek roof sheets and underside insulation. George & Karen were kept up to date on the progress of the install and the final pictures were sent to them upon completion so they were able to see the final outcome.
The ‘Grant’ Family – Hybrid Solar System.

The Grant’s engaged us to review their ever increasing power bills on their banana farm in South Johnstone. Their property has a two-phase supply. They had an existing Solax Inverter which was only connected to one phase which means their existing Solar System was only working against reducing the power consumption on 50% of their entire energy usage. We were able to utilise this existing inverter and expand the system to achieve an outcome that will help impact their entire power consumption as well as provide backup power in times when the grid supply is down. The Solax Inverter’s and BMU’s have a 5-year warranty, whilst the LG Chem RESU battery comes with an eye-watering 10-year warranty. Now that’s a combination you can rely on!

As the exclusive FNQ agent for Automatic Solutions Australia we not only sell automation equipment and hardware but we also sell DIY fencing options. The above pictures show some examples of our flat-pack range of fence and gate solutions. All panels, and gates, are cut to size and can be powder coated to whichever colour suits your design best. This style is flat-pack no. 9 out of 44, and the options keep growing. They are most popular amongst our customers who consider themselves DIY enthusiasts.

When it comes to shaving dollars off your power bill, we are the experts. We hold accreditations from the Solar Accreditation Australia for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of grid-connect solar PV systems, along with dual accreditation in battery storage. Grid-connect systems are more affordable than ever, and they offer an extremely attractive return on investment. The above pics show some examples of 6.6kW single phase and three phase domestic systems that we have installed. All systems featured here are equipped with Tier 1 Jinko PV Modules and Fronius Primo and Symo Inverters.

FGF Quarry – Weigh Bridge Boom Gates.

From quarry’s to parking lots, the boom gate provides a versatile way of controlling traffic. A simple question of, who’s allowed in? and who’s allowed out?
These boom gates are installed at FGF’s Top Rock Quarry in Kuranda to control the flow of trucks entering and exiting the plant. By working in sync with the existing weighing and batching system the boom gates only operate once the driver has completed their mandatory steps.
