Michael Guli

General Manager

Mick is the founder and general manager of Intrust Group.

An FNQ local from Innisfail, he began his career as an apprentice at South Johnstone Sugar Mill.

In 2014 after completing his dual trade as an Electrician & Refrigeration Mechanic, he moved to Cairns. He started Intrust Energy Solutions—stage one of what would soon be a group-branded trade service offering.

In 2016 he was awarded the ‘Industry Rising Star’ at the HVAC&R leadership awards held in Sydney. In 2019 he was named a finalist for Business News Australia’s 2019 Australian Young Entrepreneur of the year awards.

Mick’s day-to-day duties in the business include managing Finances, Human Resources, Marketing & Workflow Processes.

He has a passion for books & business and believes that all good leaders are readers.
