Mick is the founder of Intrust Group.
An FNQ local from Innisfail, he began his career as an apprentice at South Johnstone Sugar Mill.
In 2014 he started Intrust Energy Solutions which was stage one of what would soon be a group-branded trade service offering.
In 2016 he was awarded the ‘Industry Rising Star’ at the HVAC&R leadership awards held in Sydney.
In 2019 he was named a finalist for Business News Australia’s 2019 Australian Young Entrepreneur of the year awards.
As an electrician by trade, Mick currently enjoys working with Energy Queensland on energy infrastructure related projects and is studying a Diploma of Project Management with CQU.
Qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Systems Electrician.
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- QBCC Nominee Supervisor (Mechanical Services – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Limited Design).
