Q: How much do you charge per hour?

A: We charge $120 ex GST per hour for any tradesperson. We have qualified carpenters, electricians, refrigeration mechanics & plumbers available.

Q: What is your minimum charge?

A: $160 ex GST is our minimum charge. This comprises of a $40 ex GST call-out fee and one hour of labour at $120 ex GST.

Q: What is with the text-only numbers, why can’t I call that mobile number?

A: We use an online texting platform that is visible and accessible by all our administrative staff. This ensures that when you text us your query is answered by any available staff member at any given time 24/7. If you’d prefer to call rather than text you can call our administrative team on 07 4049 2867 during our business hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: Do you do small handy-man jobs, like replacing tap washers, hanging doors, or replacing light bulbs?

A: Yes, we do any trade related job, big or small. Our minimum labour charge is 1-hour, so if you group some small jobs together it will be more cost effective for you.
