Our consultation fee for new-home construction projects is $1,499 inc GST.

The consultation process includes a sit down with our in-house builder to discuss your ideas.

The meeting can take place at our head office in Cairns, or on-site at your recently purchased block-of-land.

Once you a completely satisfied with your concept plans, a fixed price building quotation will be provided to you at no further cost.
